On August 8 I underwent a new treatment for MS. Because Canada has banned this treatment and at the time there were really no places in the US, we went to a medical clinic in Mexico. I had asked that you pray.
God answered prayer in that the procedure was a massive success. I was suffering with significant symptoms of MS that were hindering my walking, talking and thinking (good combo). Before I was helped off the surgery table, I was already feeling the changes. My hands were calm where they used to shake like a leaf and I could move my once paralyzed toes.
The procedure is a routine angioplasty of the veins in my neck region. Both jugular veins were blocked as was my azygous vein. There were four problems in total.
Today I have a very notable increase in energy, balance and the cognitive issues have gone - at least i think so :-).
Of seventy patients that have received the same treatment, the doctors told me that my change has been the most remarkable, telling me that prayer had a major role in my outcome.
So many people helped us make the trip down and an army of others prayed. I can't thank you enough for my new lease on life.

I want to let you know how you can pray for me and my family.
 Here’s the story:
On August 7, Heidi and I, along with our daughter Tanya, will be flying to Los Cabos Mexico where I will undergo MS treatment.
In the last year a treatment has been discovered for MS patients. Basically, studies have shown that most all MS patients have a thinning of the veins in the neck that stop blood flow from the brain. What’s been proven is that this is the cause of many MS symptoms. I’ve read about 30 testimonies and talked personally to a half dozen MS patients that have received this treatment. In every case, the response is amazing. People that have been in wheel chairs for years are walking 2 days after the treatment.
The treatment is a simple angioplasty in areas where veins have thinned. Canada has been doing this for 27 years with heart and vascular patients but have blocked this treatment for MS patients. It will be approximately 5 years before it is available in Canada. That’s why we’re flying to Los Cabos. It’s where a Medical clinic has been set up for this procedure.
We request your prayer for us:
- For the success of our procedure.
- For sufficient funds to be raised. The clinic’s fee is $9,700. Friends and family have already taken care of all the costs and arrangements for flight and accommodation. I know of friends that are fundraising for the remainder of the funds required.
